The Process
To produce same-day crowns in Shelby Township, our team will first take a 3D digital impression of your tooth and the teeth on the opposing jaw. This digital impression is sent directly to a computer, where software allows our dentist to design your dental restoration quickly.
The software analyzes the 3D image and calculates restoration proposals. After we create your dental restoration, we will construct it using a milling machine. The milling process only takes a few minutes. Your resulting dental restoration will be durable and will be very aesthetic. We will permanently cement your dental restoration in place.
Benefits of Our Restorations

Instead of making time for two dental appointments in your busy schedule, you can come in and have your restoration made and placed in just one easy visit. What should I expect when having a restoration placed?
We’ll take a digital impression of your teeth. We use the impression to design your dental restoration digitally. We then construct the restoration in our milling machine in just a few minutes. We check the fit and shade of your dental restoration before our team bonds it in place.
Will I need to have dental impressions taken?
Yes, but we will not use traditional, goopy dental impressions. We take 3D impressions, which are much more comfortable and give a more accurate reading.
